Smokers Paradise is a specialist tobacconist that has a range of Havana Cigars, Pipes and Cigar Accessories. The family business has been established since 1976 and is now run by proud owner Mukesh Gaglani. Originally starting off in the Royal Exchange London, the business has blossomed and served both local and international customers. Since moving to 144 Fenchurch Street in 2017, it has been pleasing a whole new range of consumers. At present, Smokers Paradise is the only specialist cigar business in the City of London square mile. From Montecristo to Cohiba cigars, the shop has a vast range which has something for everyone. It also has Quality Lighters, Pipe Tobacco and Mens Grooming Accessories.
Mukesh came to this country in 1978 and initially worked in Natwest Bank. However, knowing his passion lied in running his own business, he decided to join the family business. Since then, he has worked day in and day out to make this shop what it is today, running it with his wife and staff. He has developed strong product knowledge which he uses in helping his consumers choose the right cigar for them. Whether it be a self purchase or a gift, he knows exactly what’s the best product for them. Over the last 25 years, Mukesh has survived 3 recessions and still strongly believes that there is a huge demand and market for a tobacconist that specialises in cigars.
The shop not only serves walk in customers but delivers their cigars in the city and provides a mail order service in the UK, Despite many tobacco regulations coming into play recently, Mukesh believes that the future is bright for the industry and hopes his shop continues to please the public.
